The View!

Rosie O Donnell makes The View a good show. Why? Because they don't talk about stupid things anymore, and when they do, Rosie brings it down to Earth. For example:

Barbara Walters: "Oh. My. God. At the kennedy benefit - That I was invited to by (Insert name of famous person) four people were wearing the same (insert high end fashion designer name brand) dress! And guess who was wearing it too!? The first lady!!"

Rosie: "I don't see why that matters...I mean, I shop at the GAP and Target and whenever I see people wearing the same thing I high-five them!"

Barbara stutters and tries to make herself seem less uptight and full of herself....but fails. It's funny to see her try to passively attack Rosie."Well, we want to hear about [Rosie's] house! We know how she likes to make fun of the rich peoples houses!" "Well, it is a movie star house no doubt. It's big, but it's not intrusive" Then they started talking a bit political. Rosie is a lot more educated than I thought. Poor little hot republican girl gets owned all the time! Even by the guests! Barbara is so lame, she only knows what she's told and can't think outside of that. I think she's passed her prime, she should stick to interviews. I'm sorry if this hurts you Barbara, I do understand you do have a fragile ego as it seems as though you are going through some sort of mid-life problems feeling like you need to be hip or something...but it's the truth.

I find it funny how they replace the minorities in this show. The blacks to the gays! At least the gays are getting some good positive publicity. It's good to see people being educated about the gay culture, even Barbara Walters. You can feel Barbara's views though she says she supports things. She was talking about how the schools had to 'deal' with gay issues with children (as if these issues were finished and accepted) and now they have to 'deal' with Transgendered children. Deal..? The schools have to deal with it? The children that are gay have to deal with the discrimination, not the schools! The schools need to learn to accept the children for who they are, not deal with the issue! And now you think that they are burdened with transgendered children?

Ahh well..some people are like that. Rosie makes it better because she is there to provide a more insightful opinion about these topics while also not putting Barbara down as I'm sure I would.

Anyways...Merry Christmas :)
